Job summary

InOne Healthcare in Fairfield & Western Sydney is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver home-based care with autonomy. You’ll help clients improve mobility and quality of life, working closely with families and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration required to practice as a physiotherapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide pain management, strength training and rehab plans.
• Conduct individual assessments and rehabilitation programs at clients' homes.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A genuine passion for person-centred care
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
• NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check / WWCC, or willingness to obtain
