Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Ballina service area. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to support independence and mobility for older Australians living at home, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.

You will work with a supportive team and use Well-Living approaches to empower clients, with flexible work-from-home options and a strong community impact. Registration and driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing physiotherapy needs and developing individualized programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Strong understanding of reablement and restorative care models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based physiotherapy assessments and interventions.
• Support independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise client outcomes.
