Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing aged care clients in the community.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Knowledge of reablement and restorative care models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions.
• Develop individualised programs for aged care clients to promote independence at home.
