Job summary
BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Foster/Taree and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home. You’ll join an established, supportive team guided by Well-Living values, with flexible work options
Qualifications
- Must hold a Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA registration.
- Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings is desirable.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to aged care clients in the home.
- Support independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with care funding programs.
