Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to support home care for older adults across Central West Cowra, Young, Canowindra and surrounds. Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restoring independence.

You’ll join an established team, work independently within a multidisciplinary setting, and use Well-Living principles to help clients remain living at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission.
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
