Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist for an Adelaide North role focused on Residential Aged Care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised therapy programs, mobility-focused interventions, and care plan reviews across RAC and community settings.

We welcome early career clinicians through to experienced Allied Health professionals seeking meaningful work life. Casual position (3–4 days a week) servicing homes between Gawler and Walkley Heights, with sponsorship

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Physiotherapist - Adelaide North

Plena Healthcare is a national allied health provider delivering services across Residential Aged Care and Community settings, with over 20 years' experience. Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

This is a casual position (around 3-4 days a week) servicing Residential Aged Care homes between Gawler and Walkley Heights.
