• Current General AHPRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Coordinate mobility and functional programs and care plan reviews.
• Conduct one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is exciting to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
