Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver centre-based and home-based services for older clients across multiple funding streams from our Waurn Ponds hub in Victoria. The role emphasizes strengths-based, goal-directed interventions to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will work with a supportive Allied Health team, receive supervision from the Practice Lead, and travel within the region as needed. AHPRA registration and Australian working rights are essential.

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Experience in Community Aged Care with HCP/SAH clients
• Knowledge of practice with clients aged 65+
• Ability to manage an individual caseload independently
• Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
• Thrive in a team and one-to-one interactions
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car

About the role:

Based out of our new community hub in Waurn Ponds, you will deliver centre-based and home-based Physiotherapy services for clients aged 65+ across multiple funding streams, including Support at Home (SAH) and CHSP. The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that support independence. Travel requirements may vary based on service demand and client need across the region.

This is an ongoing permanent Full time position. You will receive regular one-to-one supervision from the Practice Lead and be supported by a team of physiotherapists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on-site staff.

• Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
