Job summary

Plena Healthcare is a national allied health provider delivering services across Residential and Community Aged Care. A Physiotherapist is needed to deliver evidence-based programs in RAC and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes mobility, functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing activities, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Conduct mobility and functional programs, and manual therapy as appropriate.
• Review care plans and provide one-to-one interventions.
• Coordinate group-based active ageing services with the multidisciplinary team.

Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
