Job summary

Plena Healthcare in Australia is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy in Residential Aged Care, working with a multidisciplinary team to support mobility and function.

You will conduct one-to-one and group sessions, review care plans and contribute to the ongoing development of therapy programs. Sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights for employment in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs focusing on mobility and functional outcomes.

Overview

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programmes, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
