Job summary

Plena Healthcare is an Australian allied health provider delivering care across Residential and Community Aged Care. The Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy programs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including mobility and functional training, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

We welcome clinicians from early career to experienced allied health professionals.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration currently held or in process.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs for Residential Aged Care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support mobility and functional goals.
• Perform care plan reviews and provide one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.

Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
