Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our national allied health team. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy in Residential Aged Care settings, with mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, and both one-to-one and group-based active ageing services.

We value collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, support career growth, and offer flexible arrangements within a mobile role across a dedicated region.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian working rights

Plena Healthcare is a national allied health provider delivering services across Residential and Community Aged Care, with over 20 years’ experience. Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
