Job summary

Intrinsic Health Group in Caboolture is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care and Community team. You’ll support older adults with mobility, independence, and wellbeing, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

New graduates welcome; this is a full-time role with flexibility and support—no expectation to figure everything out alone. There is opportunity to build a private caseload over time, with mentoring and a remuneration package reflecting your skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA General Registration.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Police Check completed within the last 3 months or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Medicare Provider Number or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Chronic disease and injury management.
• Manual handling and functional assessments.
• Initial assessments and clinical referrals.
• Falls prevention, risk management and education.
• Exercise and re-enablement programs.
• Clinical meetings and case conferences.
• Supporting clinical staff training.
• Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

$40–$60 per hour | Full-time

Intrinsic Health is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care team in Caboolture.

You’ll work alongside experienced allied health professionals supporting older adults with mobility, independence, physical health and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’ve been doing this for years or you’re a new graduate ready to build your confidence, you won’t be expected to figure everything out alone.

What your day might look like

Your work may include:

• Chronic disease and injury management
• Manual handling and functional assessments
• Initial assessments and clinical referrals
• Falls prevention, risk management and education
• Exercise and re-enablement programs
• Clinical meetings and case conferences
• Supporting clinical staff training
• Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team

There are also opportunities to build a private caseload and community referrals over time.

Plenty of variety, without the “what job am I doing today?” kind.
