Job summary

Remedy Healthcare is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our community-based team in the Caboolture/Bribie area. You will deliver home-based and community care, working to the top of your clinical scope across a variety of programs and caseloads.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible hours and opportunities for professional development. A valid driver’s licence and AHPRA registration are required, as well as a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Community or hospital physiotherapy experience preferred.
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and active interventions in customers' homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in clinical supervision programs.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic community-based team in the Caboolture/Bribie Area. This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

Full time and part time positions available, offering a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will

• Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers’ homes:
  • Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
  • Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs): supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
• Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor
