Job summary

My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions for Aged Care and NDIS participants, aimed at improving mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to care across acute, rehabilitation and community settings. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who are passionate about person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is required.
• Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapy Board of Australia).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility and pain levels.
• Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimise outcomes.
• Educate clients and carers on rehabilitation, injury prevention and mobility aids.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards.

As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and self-driven Physiotherapist to join our team. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, while supporting Aged Care and NDIS participants to improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

We offer both Full-time and Part-time roles.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. In this role, you will work closely with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function across a variety of settings, including acute, rehabilitation, and community environments.

You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. We are open to full-time or part-time Physiotherapists to join the team.
