Fido Finance is hiring a Phone Sales Consultant – Warm Leads in Brisbane, Australia. You will engage with customers actively seeking finance, manage a personal sales pipeline and close deals within our compliance framework.

We provide leads, training, coaching and accreditation support. Expect uncapped commission with earning potential well into six figures; base salary details are discussed with the team. This is a full-time, on-site role with a growing Australian finance brokerage.

We'll provide the leads, training, coaching and accreditation support. You bring the sales ability, drive and determination to succeed.

High-quality, warm leads that convert – Our established digital marketing engine delivers a consistent flow of customers actively looking for finance. Spend less time prospecting and more time closing deals.

Uncapped commission and real earning potential – What you put in is what you get out! Our top consultants earn in excess of $250k per annum with our top consultant earning over $300k per year.

No finance experience required – We'll provide practical training, coaching and support to help you achieve the required accreditations.

Supportive, high-performing team – Work alongside driven salespeople with hands-on coaching and support via our Performance & Training Manager.

What you'll do

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in finance, understand their needs and help them find suitable vehicle and asset finance solutions. You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up opportunities, overcome objections and close deals while working within our sales and compliance processes.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in phone-based sales, ideally in a target-driven environment.
• Confidence building rapport, handling objections and closing deals.
• Strong communication, follow-up and organisational skills.
• A competitive, motivated attitude and genuine desire to earn more.
• Someone who takes ownership, welcomes coaching and thrives in a busy sales environment.

You don't need finance experience or existing broker accreditation. If you can sell, build relationships and deliver results, we'll provide the training and support to help you learn the finance side.

• Our $65k base salary includes super but our uncapped commission is plus super!!
• Structured onboarding, ongoing coaching and accreditation support.
• A full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
