WorkTrybe is hiring a Sales Associate in Sydney CBD for a fast-growing Australian fintech. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calls to help business owners explore funding solutions with warm leads and strong earning potential.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll spend your day speaking with Australian business owners, understanding their needs and helping them explore funding solutions to support their businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers
• Building rapport quickly and creating meaningful conversations with business owners
• Asking the right questions to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Qualifying leads and progressing customers through the sales process
• Confidently handling objections and maintaining customer engagement
• Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Working towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Continuously developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills
