Fido Finance is expanding its Australian team and offering a full-time, office-based sales role in Brisbane. You will engage customers who have shown interest in finance, understand their needs and guide them to suitable vehicle and asset finance solutions.

You will manage your own pipeline and work within our sales and compliance processes. With high-quality warm leads and structured onboarding, you can earn uncapped commissions.

Already successful in phone sales? Imagine having a consistent pipeline of quality, warm leads, customers genuinely looking for finance, and uncapped earning potential.

At Fido Finance, we've built a powerful lead generation engine, and with our growing Digital Marketing team, it's only getting stronger.

We'll provide the leads, training, coaching and accreditation support. You bring the sales ability, drive and determination to succeed.

What you'll do

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in finance, understand their needs and help them find suitable vehicle and asset finance solutions. You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up opportunities, overcome objections and close deals while working within our sales and compliance processes.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in phone-based sales, ideally in a target-driven environment.
• Confidence building rapport, handling objections and closing deals.
• Strong communication, follow-up and organisational skills.
• A competitive, motivated attitude and genuine desire to earn more.
• Someone who takes ownership, welcomes coaching and thrives in a busy sales environment.

You don't need finance experience or existing broker accreditation.

• $65,000 annual remuneration package including superannuation, plus uncapped commission.
