Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of prospect research, philanthropy or fundraising principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and conduct research on prospective donors using internal and external information sources to support the growth of the major gift pipeline.
• Develop prospect profiles, briefing materials and due diligence reports that support engagement planning and fundraising activity.
• Maintain and optimise prospect portfolios, helping fundraisers identify opportunities, track progression and manage relationships effectively.
• Use dashboards and reports to provide insights that support fundraising strategy and performance.
