Job summary

Atto Devices Pty is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own product management for phased-array products and lead the delivery of the first product to market. You will coordinate electronics, mechanical and software teams across internal engineers, external consultants and manufacturing partners.

The role requires experience leading hardware delivery, strong engineering background, and the ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electronics or hardware systems, or engineering with project leadership duties.
• Ability to coordinate across electronics, mechanical and software teams and external partners.
• Strong planning, milestones and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with robust documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated product delivery plan from development to market launch.
• Maintain requirements and roadmap with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Define gates, milestones, design reviews and readiness criteria.
• Track critical path, risks, changes and issue resolution.
• Manage external consultants, JDMs and contract manufacturers including offshore partners.
• Coordinate prototype builds, verification and manufacturing readiness.
• Create and maintain project documentation and risk registers.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to engineering and management.
• Drive launch preparation and handover into production.
