Icon Group is seeking a Pharmacy Services Officer in Mount Kuring-Gai to support remote pharmacy services for NSW hospital outpatients. You will work closely with pharmacists, patients and healthcare professionals to handle enquiries and account processes in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights and eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pharmacy experience is helpful but training is provided.
• Office-based role with healthcare administration exposure.

Responsibilities

• Triages and responds to phone calls and emails as part of the Customer Relations flow.
• Supports patient account processes, including inquiries and payments.
• Assists with dispensing and pharmacy administration activities in a hospital outpatient setting.
• Collaborates with pharmacists, patients, carers and hospital staff to manage enquiries.
• Prepares and assembles orders for dispatch to clinics and manages stock where needed.
• Supports procurement and stock control to ensure supply for clinics.
