Job summary

Icon Oncology Group Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for Slade Pharmacy North Sydney, located inside Mater Hospital North Sydney. The role focuses on customer service and retail operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

No pharmacy or healthcare experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will support pharmacy operations, process transactions, manage stock, and contribute to patient care with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from the date of employment.
Experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality or service environment.
Demonstrated commitment and reliability through stable employment history.
Availability and commitment to work permanent full-time hours on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support pharmacy operations under the guidance of pharmacists.
Process prescriptions and handle transactions at the point of sale.
Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and shelving medications.
Provide basic health advice and respond to customer queries within your scope.
Support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
