Job summary

TerryWhite Chemmart Ainslie is seeking a friendly, organised Pharmacy Receptionist to support our compounding team.

This full-time role involves being the first point of contact for customers, managing phones, emails and prescriptions, and handling general admin with accuracy and professionalism.

Previous pharmacy experience is valued but not essential; strong communication and a customer-focused approach are key to success in this role.

Pharmacy Receptionist - TerryWhite Chemmart - Compounding Ainslie

Join a specialised compounding pharmacy in a customer-focused support role

TerryWhite Chemmart Ainslie is seeking a friendly, organised and detail-focused Pharmacy Receptionist to support our compounding pharmacy team.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, working 9.00am–5.00pm, offering consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to work within a specialised area of community pharmacy.

Previous pharmacy experience would be highly regarded, however it is not essential. More important is your ability to provide excellent customer service, communicate professionally and confidently manage a range of administrative tasks.

About the role

Our compounding team prepares customised medications to meet individual patient needs. As Pharmacy Receptionist, you will be an important link between our patients, customers and pharmacy team, helping ensure enquiries and prescriptions move efficiently through the compounding process.

You will often be the first point of contact for customers and will provide professional, helpful service while supporting the day-to-day administration of the compounding pharmacy.

Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is desirable, but not mandatory
