TerryWhite Chemmart Ainslie is seeking a friendly, organised Pharmacy Receptionist to support our compounding team.

This full-time role involves being the first point of contact for customers, managing phones, emails and prescriptions, and handling general admin with accuracy and professionalism.

Previous pharmacy experience is valued but not essential; strong communication and a customer-focused approach are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Monitoring and actioning emails and other incoming correspondence.
• Receiving and organising prescriptions for the Compounding Pharmacist.
• Supporting the packaging of completed compounded medications.
• Processing payments for prescriptions.
• Coordinating deliveries and collection arrangements.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing general administration.
• Following pharmacy procedures, quality standards and WHS requirements.
