The Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team for 24 hours per week. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with dispensing and retail activities, and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
• Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
• Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
• Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.
