Job summary

Customised Compounding in Dural, NSW seeks a part-time or full-time customer service admin staff to join our pharmaceutical compounding team. You will handle calls, emails, orders, and data entry, while providing essential administrative support to the pharmacy team and contributing to a positive work environment.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organisation, fast and accurate typing, and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with typing, speed and accuracy.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices would be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our pharmaceutical compounding business. With a focus on efficient and friendly customer interactions, this position is crucial in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
