Job summary

iHealth Pharmacy in Melbourne is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy and pharmaceutical wholesale businesses. You will work closely with the General Manager and the wider team to coordinate operations and improve processes.

The role covers administration, compliance support, inventory checks, staff rostering, supplier liaison and reporting, with a focus on accuracy, timely communication and multi-tasking in a regulated

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficient with business systems and spreadsheets.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare environment is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of day-to-day pharmacy operations and internal processes.
• Assist with staff administration, rostering, timesheets, leave and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Assist with pricing, invoicing and order reviews; investigate discrepancies.
• Support General Manager with ongoing priorities and projects.
• Maintain product, customer and pricing information across systems.
• Provide operational reporting and documentation.
