Job summary

World Courier Australia is seeking a Depot Pharmacist for Pharmacy Support & Operations in Melbourne. You will supervise operations ensuring the quality and integrity of all processes from reception to shipment, with sign-off responsibilities and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a pharmacy degree or pharmacist diploma, 2+ years in pharmacy support, and strong English; management experience and GMP/clinical trial exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy (or Pharmacist diploma) with full English proficiency.
• 2+ years in pharmacy support, medication fulfillment, or healthcare operations.
• Desirable: management experience and clinical trial exposure.
• Intermediate computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and signs operational jobs.
• Releases shipments for distribution.
• Manages the change of product status per client instructions and internal guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with government, regulatory and company SOPs.
• Performs quality checks in relabeling and maintains documentation for products received, stored, and shipped.
