Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the role focuses on executing campaigns, planograms, and in-store displays to enhance customer engagement.

You will use basic IT skills to generate management reports, maintain scheduling and compliance, and work with a collaborative team to achieve targets in a growing Australian-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Execute head office promotional activity with precision and priority.
• Planogram execution.
• Shape the in-store experience through window displays and merchandising.
• Provide timely updates on compliance, weekly activities and insights.
• Own shelf presence across all categories and maintain planograms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
