Job summary

Kallangur Fair Discount Drug Store is seeking Pharmacy Assistants to join our friendly team in Kallangur, QLD. The role involves assisting with prescriptions, customer service, and daily store tasks in a supportive pharmacy environment.

We offer a flexible roster: PART TIME (20-25hrs) or FULLTIME (38hrs) with weekday and weekend shifts. Generous remuneration will be based on pharmacy experience and a positive, teachable attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy experience is highly preferred but not essential.
• S2 & S3 training certification or Certificate I-III in Community Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 6 months pharmacy or retail experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take in and hand out prescriptions; advise on basic medications; stocktaking and cleaning.
• Process sales and support the pharmacists to provide fast, efficient script service.
• Assist with customer service and operate in a team-driven environment.

What will the role involve:

• Typical jobs in a retail pharmacy include but not limited to: taking in and handing out prescriptions, advising people on basic medications, stocktaking, cleaning, as well as processing sales and odd jobs around the store. Providing great customer service & help the pharmacists & team provide fast & efficient script service.

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly individuals to join our team on a PART TIME (20-25hrs) or FULLTIME basis (38hrs). The roster will include weekday PLUS weekend shifts.

• Generous remuneration will be based on pharmacy experience :)
