Job summary

Star Pharmacy Middle Park is seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join a team delivering patient-centric care and expert product knowledge. The role includes working Thursdays and Fridays 9-6 and Saturdays 9-2 in a community shopping strip.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, supporting promotions, growing the loyalty program, managing stock and ensuring a clean, professional store appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.
• S2 & S3 trained applicants or holders of certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded.
• Experience with the LOTS POS system will be highly advantageous.

About the role

The Pharmacy Assistantforms part of a team responsible for delivering patient centric care and assisting our customers with their healthcare needs by providing excellent customer service, expert advice and exceptional product knowledge.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work Part Time in our pharmacy placed in a lovely community shopping strip, Thursday and Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-2.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Team player integrating in a culture of productivity, self motivation and results driven

Accountability for the performance of the store sales and responsiblefor meetingBudgets set

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure regular training

Linking sales with a total solution focus along with in store activities such as promotions andnew products

Be committed to supporting & growing the Star Pharmacy Loyalty Program

Knowledge, Skills and Key Requirements
