Job summary

Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant on a casual basis to deliver outstanding customer care and expert guidance on health and beauty products. You’ll assist with prescription submissions, handle invoicing and stocktakes, operate the POS, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
• Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
• Invoicing and stocktaking
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
