Job summary

Star Pharmacy Golden Beach is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant on a casual basis to join our friendly team. You will deliver excellent customer care and help with day-to-day store operations.

You’ll assist customers with prescriptions, manage invoicing and stock, operate the POS, and promote our current offers. Weekend availability is preferred; training and staff discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
• Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
• Invoicing and stocktaking.

The RoleAs a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:

Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.

Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.

Invoicing and stocktaking

Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.

Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
