Job summary

Star Pharmacy Bribie Island is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant on a casual basis to deliver exceptional customer care and health guidance. You will assist with prescription submissions, invoicing, stock control, and POS operations in a friendly team that values growth, discounts, and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in pharmacy or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to handle prescription submissions and support pharmacists.
• Friendly, professional presentation with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
• Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
• Invoicing and stocktaking.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:
