Job summary

Star Pharmacy Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island on a casual basis. You will deliver exceptional customer care, provide advice on health and beauty products, and assist with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.

Invoicing, stocktaking, POS operation, and cash handling are part of the role. The store stays clean, organized, and welcoming while you promote current sales and product offerings to customers.

Qualifications

• A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:

Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.

Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
