Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy Victoria Point is seeking a friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our community pharmacy team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide high-quality customer service and assist customers with health, wellness and over-the-counter medicines.

Previous pharmacy or retail experience is welcome, with training and development provided. You must have the right to work in Australia and enjoy working in a busy, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous Pharmacy Assistant or community pharmacy experience, or retail/customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience

Priceline Pharmacy Victoria Point is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly community pharmacy team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with pharmacy, retail or customer service experience who enjoys helping people and delivering a positive customer experience. If you have previous pharmacy experience, we would love to hear from you; however, candidates with strong retail and customer service backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the friendly faces our customers meet in store. You will provide high-quality customer service, assist customers with their health, wellness and beauty needs, and provide advice on over-the-counter medicines within your level of training.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience
• Assisting customers with over-the-counter medicines within scope of training
• Helping customers across health, wellness and general pharmacy products
• Maintaining merchandising, stock and store presentation standards
• Supporting promotional and retail activities
• Working collaboratively with the dispensary and retail teams
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
