The Essential Healthcare Group seeks a Managing Pharmacist with a pathway to ownership at a greenfield site in Queensland. You will lead the on-site team and deliver professional pharmacy services to patients and residents.

Applicants must have unrestricted AHPRA registration, be available for weekend shifts, and bring experience in inventory control, multi-disciplinary teamwork, and KPI-driven performance. Relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist in Charge credential required.
• Customer service etiquette expected.
• Experience with inpatient counselling preferred.
• Professional services including vaccines, medschecks and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site pharmacy team and deliver high-quality services to patients and customers.
• Provide direction and leadership to the pharmacy team to foster a positive culture.
• Grow the pharmacy and expand services; promote collaboration with local doctors and health professionals.
