Job summary

Evans Petersen Healthcare in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the dispensary, deliver professional services and coach a high‑performing team. You will balance clinical leadership with business goals and maintain regulatory standards across the operation.

The role focuses on patient care, service expansion, and staff development, with a Monday–Friday roster and a supportive leadership team to help you achieve strong patient outcomes and pharmacy performance.

Qualifications

Must hold current AHPRA Pharmacist registration.
Proven leadership or management experience in a pharmacy.
Strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the dispensary team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Ensure safe, accurate and compliant dispensing practices.
Drive vaccinations, services, and health programs.
Support community healthcare initiatives.
Monitor dispensary performance and financial outcomes.
Manage inventory, compliance and operational standards.
Maintain QCPP and regulatory requirements; deliver excellent customer experiences.
