EPHealthcare in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the dispensary operations of a busy community pharmacy. This role blends clinical leadership with coaching and business management to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a full-time Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee staff, ensure compliance, drive professional services and growth, and support community health initiatives with a Monday–Friday roster and no regular weekend work.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience.
• Strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for patient care and community health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing dispensary staff.
• Ensuring safe, accurate and compliant dispensing practices.
• Driving vaccinations, professional services and health programs.
• Supporting community healthcare initiatives.
• Monitoring dispensary performance and financial outcomes.
• Managing inventory, compliance and operational standards.
• Maintaining QCPP and regulatory requirements.
