Serco is seeking a Pharmacist for Robertson Health Centre on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, near Darwin. This full-time, on-site role supports primary medical and pharmaceutical services in a military environment, offering predictable hours and a clear pathway for professional growth.

You will deliver safe dispensing, manage inventories, advise clinicians on medication use, and ensure compliance with Defence policies and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-internship experience in hospital, community, or defence pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of medication safety, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009).
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional standards.

About the Health Centre

Robertson Health Centre is located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15km east of Darwin.

It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment.

The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component.

The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2500 US marines every 6 months from May to September.

The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services.

It also operates a 22-bed low dependency ward 24/7.

Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).

What you bring

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Membership of PSA or SHPA (desirable)
• Australian Citizenship to obtain required security clearance
