Serco in the Northern Territory is seeking a Health Clerk to support Robertson Barracks and Larrakeyah Barracks with clerical and administrative tasks in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. The role focuses on maintaining electronic and paper health records, coordinating appointments, and producing reports to support compliance and continuity of care.
Standard hours are 07:30–15:30, with no cash handling required and a civilian, on-base work environment.

Located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15km East of Darwin. It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2500 US marines every 6 months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services. It also operates a 22-bed low dependency ward 24/7. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requiremnents and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts). Larrakeyah Health Centre is located at the Larrakeyah Barracks in Darwin City. Larrakeyah Defence Precinct is a unique tri-service Defence base directly supporting ADF operations & training. It is the home port of HMAS Coonawarra for Navy Patrol Boats and two Army Landing Craft. The facility has a routine dependency of 1100 personnel which surges every 3 months to conduct pre and post deployment medicals. The health centre provides primary medical, nursing, mental health, dental, physiotherapy and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements).
