Job summary

iNova Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Pharmaceutical Territory Manager for Perth South. You will partner with GPs, retail pharmacists, and allied health professionals to drive growth of promoted prescription portfolios across primary care.

The role requires a proactive, results‑driven sales professional with strong communication and relationship skills, plus a current driver’s licence. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Sound business acumen and excellent time management.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience.
• A current driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and return on investment via effective business / customer action planning and analysis.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers across primary care, including GPs, retail Pharmacists, practice teams and allied health professionals.
• Align sales tactics and marketing resources to suit commercial goals with given customers and/or territory opportunities.
• Use a multi-channel approach, including face‑to‑face, email and virtual engagement, to maximise customer impact.
• Coordinate and deliver clinical education programs aligned to customer needs.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager, Specialist Representatives, and national team to share best practices and achieve business goals.
