Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage territory and accounts.
• Ability to clearly communicate clinical information to healthcare professionals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted stakeholder partnerships.
• Commitment to ethical conduct in line with regulations and company standards.
• Highly organised, accountable and adaptable with solid planning and reporting.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Aufgaben

• Customer engagement & territory management: build relationships, manage key accounts, and execute territory plans to drive sales growth.
• Clinical knowledge & education: develop product and therapeutic expertise and deliver high‑quality clinical education to healthcare professionals.
• Collaboration & stakeholder management: work with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Compliance, integrity & professionalism: adhere to Medicines Australia Code and ensure timely adverse event reporting.
• Business execution & accountability: maintain CRM reporting, manage expenses and promotional budgets, and deliver results through effective planning and adaptability.
