Job summary

MployHR is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators Trainee for a day shift role in Ormeau, QLD. You will operate and troubleshoot pharmaceutical production equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.

The position offers consistent day hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) with casual employment and potential to move to permanent roles based on client requirements and performance. Travel may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• GMP experience in pharmaceutical, food or similar manufacturing environments.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• A reliable work ethic and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with various machines/equipment across different production areas.
• Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot machines to ensure efficient production.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and changeovers for different product runs.
• Monitor and control production parameters.
• Ensure smooth operation by minimizing downtime and reporting maintenance issues.
• Perform packaging tasks and other production-related duties as required.
• Follow GMP, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Ensure products are packed accurately and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and compliant production area.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
