Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Melbourne is seeking an experienced machine operator for a night shift role (Sun–Thu, 11pm–7am) in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will operate packing lines, assist with changeovers, perform line clearances, and ensure quality checks align with GMP standards.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated GMP experience, a mechanical engineering degree is highly regarded, and a proven ability to troubleshoot packaging and labeling equipment while

• Experience in a GMP environment within pharma manufacturing.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field highly regarded.
• Experience as a machine operator in pharma/food manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

About the role:

• Well-established pharmaceutical company with a large presence in the Australian market
• Seeking experienced machine operator with demonstrated GMP experience. Previous leadership experience is desirable
• Ongoing contract with potential for permanency
• Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am
• Based in Southeast suburbs

• Machine operation and packing of products
• Assist with changeovers and line clearance

• Troubleshooting of machines

About you:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline highly regarded
• Prior experience working as a machine operator within a pharmaceutical/food manufacturing company
• Strong troubleshooting experience in packing / labelling machines
• You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have strong problem-solving ability and a flexible attitude.
