Job summary

Momentum Consulting is seeking a Process Worker for the afternoon shift within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Sydney. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform changeovers, load materials regularly, and conduct quality inspections to identify defects.

A basic mechanical aptitude and diligent adherence to procedures are essential. Based in Sydney, the role requires strict PPE compliance and safety practices; training will be provided, and prior food/pharma

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Process Worker in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to learn new procedures and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Load tube and sheet materials into machinery every 15-20 minutes.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify product defects.
• Rotate between production tasks and maintain GMP cleanliness.
