Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Process Worker in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to learn machine operation and follow detailed procedures.
• Willing to be trained and work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a GMP environment.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Load tube and sheet materials into machinery every 15–20 minutes.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify product defects.
• Rotate between production tasks during the shift.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean production areas.
• Handle plastic production waste recycling.
• Follow strict GMP and safety procedures at all times.
