Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a PGA Golf Professional to support the Head Golf Professional at Marangaroo Golf Course. You will deliver high-quality golf programs, manage daily operations and provide exceptional member experiences.

In this role you will run private lessons, group clinics and junior programs, provide club fitting expertise, and promote participation in coaching initiatives while upholding strong service standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• PGA accreditation is required.
• Experience delivering golf lessons and coaching programs.
• Experience with club fitting technology and club fitting.
• Experience with golf operations and MiClub software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and beginner coaching.
• Support player development and promote participation in coaching programs.
• Manage tee time bookings and player check-ins.
• Assist with daily golf operations and member services.
• Provide professional retail advice and process sales transactions.
• Maintain pro shop presentation and merchandising standards.

The Role

As a PGA Golf Professional, you will support the Head Golf Professional in delivering high-quality golf programs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Delivering private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and beginner coaching
• Supporting player development and promoting participation in coaching programs
• Managing tee time bookings and player check-ins
• Assisting with daily golf operations and member services
• Providing professional retail advice and processing sales transactions
• Maintaining pro shop presentation and merchandising standards
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
• Supporting a positive team culture and professional environment

About You

• PGA of Australia Professional Accreditation
• Experience delivering golf lessons and coaching programs
• Experience in club fitting and club fitting technology (Trackman, Flightscope, GC Quad or the like)
• Strong understanding of golf operations
• Experience using golf management software such as MiClub
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A passion for golf and helping others improve their game
• A positive, energetic and team-focused approach
