Job summary

Belgravia Leisure seeks a PGA Golf Professional to support the Head Golf Professional at Marangaroo Golf Course. You will lead private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs while ensuring smooth daily golf operations and member services.

You will also provide retail guidance, maintain pro shop standards, assist with inventory, and promote a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• PGA of Australia Professional Accreditation is mandatory.
• Experience delivering golf lessons and coaching programs.
• Experience in club fitting and club fitting technology.
• Strong understanding of golf operations and customer service.
• Experience using MiClub or similar golf management software.

Responsibilities

• Delivering private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and beginner coaching.
• Supporting player development and promoting participation in coaching programs.
• Managing tee time bookings and player check-ins.
• Assisting with daily golf operations and member services.
• Providing professional retail advice and processing sales transactions.

The Role

As a PGA Golf Professional, you will support the Head Golf Professional in delivering high-quality golf programs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

• Strong understanding of golf operations
• Experience using golf management software such as MiClub
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
