McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Site Office Manager for the Kwinana Freeway Upgrade project in Western Australia. Based in Perth with a South of the River site office, the role is full-time, Monday–Friday, focused on keeping project delivery moving through organised administration.

You will coordinate onboarding, provide payroll support, maintain site administration, and build strong stakeholder relationships to support timely delivery.

• Coordinate onboarding for site personnel to ensure a smooth start on site.
• Provide payroll support and assist with payroll processes as needed.
• Maintain efficient site administration and document control on the project.
